Refund & Return Policy

Because every item at prosperwrld is custom-made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

Please carefully review our size charts, garment silhouettes, and product descriptions before hitting that purchase button!

Damages and Issues (Defects & Printing Errors)

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is a genuine mistake with your order, we will absolutely make it right. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective, torn, or damaged.

  • The print quality is noticeably flawed or blurry.

  • You received the wrong item, size, or design.

How to Request a Replacement

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report it to us within 14 days of delivery.

  1. Email us at service@prosperwrld.co.site.

  2. Include your Order Number.

  3. Attach clear photos showing the damage, the print issue, or the incorrect item/size tag.

Once we review the photos and confirm the issue, we will submit a replacement order to our printing facility immediately at absolutely zero cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. prosperwrld is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as successfully delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit (the tracking stops updating completely before delivery), please contact us so we can help you open an investigation.
