Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting prosperwrld. Because we care about quality and sustainability, we do things a little differently here.

To prevent fashion waste and ensure every garment meets our exact standards, every single item is custom-made to order. This means your clothing doesn't exist until you buy it. Because of this dedicated process, our fulfillment timeline is split into two parts: Production and Shipping.

1. Processing & Production Time

Timeline: Please allow 2 to 6 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and quality-checked before it is shipped out.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production the following business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your custom piece passes quality control, it is handed off to our shipping carriers.

Standard Shipping (US Domestic): 5 to 11 business days once shipped.

Total Estimated Delivery: Expect your package to arrive approximately 7 to 14 business days (about 2 weeks) from the date your order was placed.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers and do not include unexpected courier delays, severe weather, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Tracking Your Order

The moment your item leaves the printing facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update with active scanning data.

4. Multiple Packages

Because we utilize a few different specialized printing facilities to get you the best quality silhouettes, items in the same order may occasionally ship separately. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no additional cost to you.

5. Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot change the shipping address once an item has entered production. prosperwrld is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
